recently had the pleasure of working with Gene Kizer of
Charleston Saltwater Realty in purchasing my first home. Gene was
incredible from the start. He was there to answer all of my
questions, and even made sure I knew which questions to ask. It did
not take long at all for me to find the perfect house, and the
process ran more smoothly that I ever could have imagined thanks to
Gene. He guided me through the entire process, from the initial
offer to the inspection, to negotiating repairs, to helping me find
the insurance that was right for me, and even working with the
county tax assessor after closing to ensure my home was taxed at the
proper rate. On a scale of one to ten, my experience rates about a

Greetings Gene,
I appreciate all you have done in regards to the MLS listing,
photos, etc. With two competing properties listed at under 2007/2008
value, I have decided to lay low for a while and lease the property
to a great couple. The carpet was installed yesterday and lease
signed today. Possibly, in two years, the market may somewhat
recover. Best regards and you will certainly be at the top of my
list when I need to list again!
